At Ring, we want you to feel secure and satisfied with your home security investment. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your device within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return center and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled safely.
Package Your Device
Place your Ring device and all original accessories back into its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the designated shipping carrier; once we receive and inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
